Terms of sale

Payments are handled by Stripe through Link, which sells the products to you as the merchant of record and handles payment, receipts and any taxes. Link's own terms apply to the payment itself and are shown at checkout.

I provide the products themselves, and these terms describe what you get from me.

Digital products: PDF guides, and for some products a spreadsheet or template link. Each product page and the checkout show exactly what's included.

You may use them for yourself. Please don't share, copy, resell or publish them.

Prices are shown in US dollars. At checkout Stripe may show the price in your local currency as well, and adds any tax that applies where you live before you pay.

The founding price of the Focus Fuel Guide applies to the first 100 buyers. After that the regular price applies.

Straight after payment you can open your downloads in your browser, and you get an email with a private link to your library. Products you add later in the same order appear in the same library.

If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam or promotions, or write to martinmitovski17@gmail.com.

Under EU law, consumers can normally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content that is delivered straight away, this right ends once delivery has started, if you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.

Because your files are available the moment you pay, by completing your purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once your download is available.

Focus Fuel shares general information about food, energy and focus. It isn't medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor or dietitian. If you have a medical condition, a history of eating disorders, are pregnant or follow a prescribed diet, check with your doctor before you change how you eat.

Results differ from person to person. I can't promise a specific result.

I'm responsible for delivering what the product page describes. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow me to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
