Refund policy

Every product on this website, including the Focus Fuel Guide, the Grocery List and Coffee Timing Card, the meal plans and the Focus Anywhere Toolkit, is a digital file that you can download the moment you pay. Because of that, and because you ask for immediate delivery when you buy, I don't offer refunds once you've bought.

These products are priced low on purpose, so you can try them without much risk. Please read the product description and the sales page before you buy.

If a file is missing, won't open or isn't what the page described, email martinmitovski17@gmail.com with the email address you bought with. I'll fix it or send you a working copy, and if I can't, you get your money back for that product.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Depending on your bank, they usually show up within 5 to 10 working days.

This policy doesn't limit any rights the law gives you that can't be waived, for example if digital content is faulty or isn't delivered.
