Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data I collect through this website, why I collect it, who else handles it and what you can do about it. "I" means Martin Mitovski, Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria.
Who is responsible
Martin Mitovski, Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria, is responsible for your personal data on this website (the "controller"). Contact: martinmitovski17@gmail.com.
What I collect
When you enter your email to continue to checkout: your email address, your first name if you give it, and whether you ticked the box for my emails about eating for focus.
When you buy: your email address, your name and country as you enter them at checkout, what you bought, the price and the date. Your card or bank details go straight to Stripe and never reach me.
Where you came from: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM parameters) and which version of the page you saw.
What you do in the order: which offers you saw, took or declined, so the next page shows the right step.
If you book the free Implementation Call: the details you enter on the booking page, which Cal.com handles for me.
If you email me: your email address and what you write.
Why I use it, and the legal basis
To sell and deliver what you buy, send your download link and receipt, and answer your questions (performance of a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To send you my emails about eating for focus, including one reminder if you started a checkout and didn't finish it, only if you ticked the box (your consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every one of these emails.
To measure which ads and pages work, through the Meta Pixel, only if you accept advertising cookies (your consent).
To keep the records that tax and accounting law require (legal obligation, GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interests, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies
Two functional cookies keep your order together across the checkout steps and remember where you came from. They are needed for the website to work and don't need your consent.
The Meta Pixel sets advertising cookies and sends visits and purchases to Meta. It only loads after you accept advertising cookies in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
Who else handles your data
I use these services to run the website. Each of them only processes your data to provide its service to me:
Vercel (hosting the website), Supabase (database and file storage, in the EU), Stripe and Link (payments, as the merchant of record for your purchase, under their own privacy policy), Resend (sending emails), Cal.com (booking the Implementation Call), and Meta (advertising measurement, only with your consent).
Some of these companies are based in the United States. Where your data leaves the EU, it is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
I never sell your data.
How long I keep it
Order records: for as long as Bulgarian tax and accounting law requires, currently up to 10 years.
Your email for my emails about eating for focus: until you unsubscribe, or 2 years after you last bought something or opened the website, whichever comes first.
Checkout steps and campaign tags: 2 years.
Emails you send me: as long as needed to answer you and handle any follow-up, then no longer than 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how I use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email martinmitovski17@gmail.com from the address you used, and I'll answer within one month.
If you think I've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
